Phone screening intro call with a recruiter to outline the role and expectations, as well as some typical behavioral STAR questions, followed by a technical round to later be discussed with a hiring manager. Second interview with hiring manager of the team to have a walk through of the assessment in relation to previous work projects. On-site team meeting with potential future peers.

went through almost 4 interview rounds one after another, mostly coding based on data structures. ghosted after the final round, didn't provide any feedback even though every round went good . rescheduled multiple times.
