We went onto the floor, and she took me to one aisle of shoes. She told me some things about different brands, and then gave me about one minute to look over everything on my own. When she returned, she was a customer. I said, "Are you out shopping for anything in particular today?" She said, "I'm looking for shoes to wear to work, probably flats since I'm on my feet a lot." So I led her to the section of the aisle with flats, and said, "Since you are on your feet a lot, are you interested in a pair of shoes with memory foam insoles?" And she responded, "That would be great!" I then pointed at the brand with the insoles and said, "These are out (brand) flats, did you have a certain color in mind?" After being told she wanted a neutral shoe, I showed her the black and gray pairs, and told her, "If there is another color you would like me to check on or if you need a different size, let me know!" She said thank you, and I walked away.
