I applied online and they contacted me not long after, then they asked me to do a personality test online and a quick math test, it was all very basic but they never contacted me after the test not sure why.

It was great. My advice to anyone interested is to make sure financial advising is something you are interested in. If it is not, the interviewer will know. Try to speak about your values, experiences, and how the community around you has shaped you.
The interview process was split up into four stages. The people are super kind and welcoming. I enjoyed the interview process but decided to pursue another opportunity in the end.
