I got to the final stage - 3 + weeks went by and nothing, had to chase the talent manager consistently. Promise of "we want to offer you the job with us but the COO doesn't want to approve a London hire because they want more Edinburgh staff" - why advertise a position in London then? Sort out internal issues before wasting people's time.
