I did a typical phone interview then moved on to the video interview. I was shocked when I joined the teams meeting and both people interviewing me did not turn their camera's on. So unprofessional. On top of that, one of the woman interviewing me said "she was multi-tasking" then asked one question which was the exact same question the other interviewer had just asked me. NOT a good experience !! I feel like I did not even get a fair chance at this position. I had to reach back out twice to inquire if they made a decision & they finally informed me they were going with another candidate.
