Applied online and received email they wanted to set up interview. After responding found out that the Recruiter that reached out to me was out on Medical Leave. Was assigned to another recruiter who handled my interview appointment from Long Beach Ca. Corporate office. The interview was to take place in Tampa Fl, 2hrs away. I drove to my interview and arrived 40 min early. As I started to head to my appointment there was a Big sign on the front entrance that the office had moved to another location. I had 15 min for my appointment at 11am. I had to search for this place because the sign failed to direct the person to the new address. After searching for 15 min I finally found the place. I met with the Manager who appeared perturbed that I was 15 min late. I didn't have her phone number to call and alert her of my situation since things were set up from Corporate in California. I sat down after catching my breath and the interview was informal didn't really delve into any deep questions very superficial. She also brought in the Director who took a look at my resume and said "you're hired"... letting me know how impressed he was with my background. I was reminded that there were other candidates they were looking at and that I would get a call either way. I emailed a Thank you letter to both the Manager and Director after I got home. I called the recruiter who asked how everything went and I told him that it went well, he told me he would call me with updates but did say that i was a top contender. It took about 4 weeks to get in touch with him for updates and each and every time he would tell me I was top contender. Mind you I was doing most of the calling to find out where I stood as i was really interested in joining the Molina family. My interview was in August and in November I reached out once again to the recruiter and he stated they offered the job to someone else. I was floored and disappointment since I felt I was strung along the whole entire time. He offered no apology and told me to apply for other positions. My entire experience with this process was a nightmare, never have i dealt with the amount of unprofessional individuals who promise and tell you what you want to hear. Sorry, but will never look to apply to any jobs with this company again.
