Initial phone call with HR. Then interviewed via Zoom with HR . Then I interviewed with the Senior Vice President who would be my point of contact via zoom. Interviews went well.

first round was a video call with 2 HR people. one person asked standard questions and but the higher level one was clearly responding to other emails while we were on a video call. she would then cut me off and ask questions that I was already asked because she was clearly not paying attention. second round was an insurance test and an interview with two leaders. one of the them was condescending and rude and said I'm not fit to be an account executive, but an associate account executive. they also asked personal questions about my family (isn't that illegal?) i was rejected but I'm glad since my experience was so poor. if this is how the interview process is, i can't even imagine what nightmare it would be to work here.
