CV submitted through Linkedin, the company sent me an e-mail asking a phone interview. The e-mail had errors that made me already skeptic about the people in the company. Despite I scheduled the time with the HR they called me with a delay of 40 minutes. No excuse for the delay during the conversation. The interview was with an HR and a Senior Manager of the Audit department. The company had before an external audit company (EY) that was doing the Internal audit job. Mondelez wants to create a new internal audit department. Questions were based on my CV and experience. AFter the interview nobody contacted me back and replied to me emails. Bad impression.
