The interview was fairly standard. You meet with everyone from the department (up to three people) and are asked standard interview questions (what are your strengths, weaknesses, etc). The interviewers then leave the room and give you time to complete a writing excercise, which for me was drafting a press release based off of a flyer for an event they provided.
