The interview was conducted over a desk that had more paperwork on it then a Kinko's. The interview was laid back and was mostly about the tile industry. The two upper managers in the room were going over paperwork and other things not pertaining to the interview. I was greeted nicely and was told about the pay scale and work hours which were vastly different from the posted hours they had on the companies job board. I agreed to the 90 day trial period and was doing work that was not talked about in the interview process.
