After applying online I was called for an interview which was scheduled for the next day. The interview was informative and honest, in that I was given a very clear picture of the job duties as well as how the department functions. I was openly informed of current challenges, reasons for high turn over rates, and other internal issues that the department is facing. I was offered the position 5 days later with a start date set one month after.
