Interview with structured competency questions, then a writing task. My interviewers were super friendly and informal but there were structured questions around competency – "can you tell me about a time when you X' for example.

Seemed like a good team, but the process wasn't respectful of our time IMO. Long and arduous process spanning multiple weeks, with additional take-home tasks for this role. Asked for copy and strategy, with a lot of technical questions. I got the impression from speaking with their team that there wasn't a lot of focus time and there seemed to be a heavy emphasis on team meetings and collaborative work — so probably not an ideal environment for writers.
