I interviewed for this position. I applied for the position via an employee referral n got a call in about two weeks. Interview was set up after a week. I had two rounds of interviews on the same day. First round was with the HR and the Team lead. Next round was with the VP. The HR guy and the team lead were very friendly n nice. The team lead asked me questions n even gave me the correct answer when i was wrong about one question. I was asked my previous work ex questions, how wud i handle conflicts n some technical questions. The VP was asked me technical questions only. He didnt give me any indication how i was doing during the interview. Both rounds lasted about 35 to 40 mins.
