First step was a Screening interview with HR. Went great and HR rep said I'd hear about scheduling the next interview within the next 3 days, but in case I didn't hear back, I should email them. WHAT? Didn't hear back about a schedule and had to email several times to get that set up finally. Then an interview with the hiring manager. They said I'd know about next steps within 7-10 days. I emailed back and have been completely ghosted.
