Quick call with an HR representative shortly after applying. Straightforward, HR representative just read out listed questions. Didn't provide any opportunities for the candidate to ask questions about the role. Then got given an assessment that included two separate tasks to do on a Friday evening that I was told was due Monday. Didn't hear back for weeks - no update - so chased the HR representative only to be informed the role had been paused.
