I applied for the position online. I was contacted by HR to do a phone interview and the date and time was confirmed. I never received a call. I waited that night and never heard anything, no call no email follow-up. Three days later I receive an email that says, I never connected, are you available for a phone interview today or tomorrow? No apology for no calling three days prior. Totally unprofessional and I wouldn't work for this type of company. HR is my background and I have done a ton of recruiting and would never do this to a candidate.
