      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Moov Technologies

      1st round recruiter, 2nd round head of sales, 3rd round interview with 3 members of the team. I've been turned down for many job opportunities before and I am ok with that. What I am not ok with is how they led me into further rounds of interviews and decided not to extend an offer due to "not enough experience". This could have been decided during the recruiter screening stage. Why waste candidates' and your time? Why tell the candidate you are hiring both experienced and non-experienced people in the semiconductor industry? While they proclaim to be an innovative tech company, its hiring process is nothing but archaic. Do better Moov. Respect everyone. I mean why waste the candidates and YOUR time?

      I had a disappointing experience during my interview with Moov Technologies. The interviewer didn't give me a chance to introduce myself and immediately asked why I wanted to work at Moov as soon as I joined the call. While I was explaining my answer, the interviewer frequently interrupted me, which made it difficult to fully convey my thoughts. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of interest in getting to know me better, leading me to feel that they might have already found a preferred candidate and weren't seriously considering my application. I expected a more professional interview process. If the interviewer had already selected a candidate, it would have been more respectful to cancel the interview rather than waste my time.
