I applied online through the corporate website. I received an email a few weeks later to schedule an interview. I met with 2 directors and a VP for each interview. I had a total of 4 different interviews. Of the four interviews, I never received a rejection letter/email. The recruiters are horrible at responding to phone calls or emails for a status update, even when they give you their phone numbers to contact them.

Everyone was professional and nice, at lease looked like they were. I made it through the final interview and received positive feedback from the HR, then got completely ghosted. No offer, no rejection, no response. Radio Silence.
Three rounds. First over the phone with HR. Second round via zoom. Final round in person. Spread out over 3 months. Using AI for scheduling and setting up calendar invites.
First round with sector head then second round with written test including a model test translation and then last round meet apac head, solid stock pitch needed, overall not really difficult
