We were given 30 minutes to come up with an idea for a startup and pitch it to the investors (interviewers). Then technical round 2: this was about implementation of a program for a lift controller. The interviewer asked to write classes and progressively kept adding new requirements until we reached concurrency. He was helpful by asking the right questions so you could yourself spot caveats in your code and fix them.Finally HR round and then results announced. This is a financial company so the HR+Management have greater power during hiring than tech. Based on their track record in my college, if you have 9+ cgpa and no plans for MS then you really dont have to do much to get selected
