My interview process was horrendous. The way I was treated TWICE was horrible. The first time was for a phone interview. The interviewer didn't bother to call me. I was given his number and it went straight to voice mail. I emailed and called the recruiter to explain what had happened and if I could reschedule. She didn't bother to call me back. A separate interview within another department was scheduled a few years later and I was completely snubbed. I got there on time and waited for the interviewers who I was scheduled to meet. They all took one look at this black lady and decided they were too busy to meet with me. The Analyst, made excuses for them and proceeded to escort me out the door, promising to call HR to get in touch to reschedule. Of course I never heard back from them again. Now whenever I see them posting, I stay away because of the horrible experiences that I had with them. I can only imagine working there!
