Position is for Parametric Team which is recently building a team in Mumbai
US MD is head of the team and the position reported to an Executive director Manager in Singapore
Process started in the month of October
First round with HR to screen (October 2025)
Second Round with Local Manager in Mumbai with CV based tech questions (October 2025)
Third Round with Singapore based Manager with moderate Tech related stuff only from CV to check the compatibility (October 2025)
Fourth Round with MD in India who has recently taken over leadership and mostly behavioural questions (November 2025)
Fifth Round with Singapore based Executive Director to whom this role reports (December 2025)
Sixth Round with head of the team from US (December 2025)
They asked for cv and compensation statement in Dec end and new year.
Jan 2026 HR calls and says give expected number and I quoted a number.
They said not possible will tell you final amount.
Jan 2026 end they gave me a number almost 20% below to what I have in demand with no confirmation.
Then no response stating that we are in Approval stage for offer for a month.
Feb 2026 they came up with an even less offer and asked me again a final number.
I had my daughter’s school and my parents to take care of. This VP role is a cost saving attempt from them it seems and role reviews are also not good and hence I didn’t accept the offer.

Process was pretty standard with an initial recruiter screen and hiring manager interview. Potential second interview and reference check/background screen, but I didn't move forward. Process was straightforward but they did not do any updates or follow ups after the first interview.

The process consisted of three rounds. The first two were standard and well-organized. I moved to the third round, which also went well, and I felt positive about the interaction. Complete lack of communication post-interview. Despite a positive experience in the final round, I never received any update or feedback from the HR team. It feels like a significant waste of time when a candidate puts in the effort for multiple rounds only to be ghosted by recruitment.
