There is a standard phone screening, then if you're picked after that, an in person interview which they go over your job history, etc. The in person interview is very relaxed and friendly.

There were two interviews the first was a intro phone call just getting to know you. The second interview was in person pretty standard interview questions asking why I would be a good fit and what my experience has taught me. They then take you on a tour of the office and I found out I got the job same day.
