face to face.- done at their offices
class interview to demonstrate of you fit the role you have applied for.

Tell why you are a good fit for that role and if you have been a technical mentor before
After application, you first get an assessment sent to you before the first interview, which was to create a lesson plan to present during the interview as you would to students. After successful completion, you're invited to two other interviews and another called an understudy where you shadow one of the in-house technical mentors.
