Career Fair Interview. Mortenson recruiting team visited our career fair and I went up to the booth to secure the interview. The interview process overall was fairly easy. A very good company, definitely recommend if you get the opportunity.

The interview process consists of 2 rounds. The interviewers were very nice, and the questions were very general. Also, the interviewer will get back to you within 2 weeks. The offer package was very extensive for a new hire.
