I found the titles are misleading to their adds and it seemed like they did the "Ole Swithcheroo" on me. Titles are important and have a huge impact on pay and benefits at this company so watch for them to talk you down. They talked me down and I ended up interviewing for an Electrical Engineer Position despite already being a Project Manager. (Big Mistake I should have rejected the offer) After I was done with the internal recruiter interview I had an internal video interview with the ops manager.
