Went to their headquarters in Minneapolis Minnesota. First day was a travel and 101 information session. In this they had senior management up in front for us to ask questions about the company. Then they had some mid level staff probably like 7-8 years at the company for us to ask questions then lastly we talked to new hires.

The interview process consists of 2 rounds. The interviewers were very nice, and the questions were very general. Also, the interviewer will get back to you within 2 weeks. The offer package was very extensive for a new hire.

Had an interview with a project manager. They are all behavior questions, and the interview process felt like having a conversation rather than being interviewed. Received interesting answers from the project manager about his work at Mortenson.
