Awesome interview process. The initial interview was to ensure my skills aligned with the role itself and that I have technical experience. They really look for specific answers such as what software and applications you have familiarity with and in what scenarios they were helpful. Then if you go onto a second or third interview, it's more specific on how you can grow in the role and help the company grow too. They want real genuine answers and they are happy if you know what you are talking about.
