The process had three rounds: HR screen, coding, and architecture. They kept things moving quickly with fast follow-ups and solid feedback along the way. Everyone I interviewed with was genuinely welcoming and made the whole experience feel very supported from start to finish.

The interview involved 4 proper steps, and some in the middle which were more catch-ups with the internal recruiter. Everyone that I met was great and friendly. The steps were a technical interview with the CTO, a coding challenge, system design and finally a chat with the CEO. The internal recruiter was especially enthusiast and happy to answer any questions.
