The interview process was very informal, a meeting with the manager like we were old friends (although it was the first time meeting). Very friendly, almost enjoyable experience. I had several years of experience going into the interview at a booming time so i felt pretty confident i would get the job, so that might have been a contributing factor to the comfort level. The manager called me on the phone originally and we had talked for about 20 minutes, then I went into the office for a face to face the next day, and the following day was offered the job.
