I got a call for an in-person interview. Went in and got handed a two page test with barely any explanation. Then, met with one employee who asked very generic interview questions. I was told I would hear from them by the end of the week. I didn't hear from them then so I followed up and they again said I would hear from them in the next few days. A month later I received a two sentence email telling me they filled the position. I read a previous review on Glassdoor before my interview from 2 years ago which described a negative experience but thought they might have improved since but they have not.
