The interview process was incredibly thorough and challenging. I had a total of five rounds. It involved interviews with a Senior Manager and a Director, as a well as a presentation to a panel. I was given a verbal offer and as a last step (which was communicated as a formality of sorts) to submit to reccomendations. I was told to expect a formal offer via email the next day and was promptly ghosted soon after. I made several attempts to reach out to the hiring committee but received no response. It left me quite disheartened and frankly embarrassed in front of the colleagues I asked for a recommendation from. It was pleasent experience right till this instance. I do wish that I had received a reason at the very least after the amount of effort I put into the process.
