I applied through LI. Got an email from the HR to setup interview with the Design lead in US and Sr. researcher in Bayan lepas office. 1) Interview went smooth. I was asked decent level of questions regarding research and my experience. 2) They explained properly about what the job entailed. I am actually very attracted to the work profile. It is exactly something I want to do. 2 months after the first interview, I am basically ghosted. There is no update from them. The career portal shows an 'Under Consideration' status even after two months. TBH, I am looking forward to the next interview round because this is an exciting job! But the ghosting is a bit too much. At least let me know if I did not make it through. Then I can atleast move on to other opportunities. At my level, I can't be trigger-happy to randomly apply to jobs. It takes time and effort to carefully select a job opportunity and apply to it.
