The interview process right from the get go is relaxed and informal. You really feel at ease with the team straight away. The set up for the afternoon was in three parts: company and management introduction followed by team building games and the finally your face to face interview. Not at any point did any of us feel pressured. The mood for the day was very light and the team tried their hardest to make it as such. During one of the breaks we were actually approached by a couple of members of the existing sales team and we were definitely given their honest opinion on working for the company and much to my delight it was all good news. I didn’t check their pockets for bribes but I felt the lads seemed sincere in what they were telling us and again wished us all the best of luck which meant a lot as even though we didn’t feel the pressure we were all aware there is only one job up for grabs so wanted to do our best

A very chilled atmosphere from looking over the job role and with having known people who work for the company currently, based in the office at their Headquaters, it was fun but not the most direct questions
