Total 3 Rounds of Interview was there. 1. Finance quiz 2. Technical Round 3. Technical Round first round was having easy question regarding fundamental rules of Accounting, Depreciation, Degree of Operating Leverage, Degree of Financial Leverage, EPS , etc seconds Round was technical one, in which questions was regarding Payable process, Vendor Registration, & Vendor Reconciliations Overall Interview experience was Horrible , while conducting second round they have given excuse of net connectivity and told me that they will rearrange the interview, even after one week no response received , after my intervention they rearrange the second round. there were two people who are supposed to ask me questions but only one interviewer ask me only 4 questions and other interviewer didn't asked anything as if they have selected the other candidate much before the whole Interview process. As I am having almost 8 Years of experience it was strange not to ask questions in interview. I think it was biased process. I advise to candidates not to Hope much from mott macdonald as they may have choosen the internal candidate much before the Interview Process.
