Applied online. Recruiter set-up phone interview. Then rescheduled. Then no call/no show. The next week the recruiter set up a new time, but again was no call/no show. Two weeks later, the recruiter called unannounced and we did the phone interview. A month later, the recruiter emailed asking when I could come in for an in-person interview - but then would not respond to my email or follow-up phone call to confirm. Two weeks later, the website said I was no longer being considered.
