Met a recruiter at a job fair and we immediately saw a fit for a position. I sent her an email two days later as a recap and begin the process. She contacts me back 45 DAYS later. We have the typical phone interview. Then she states she would talk to management about next process. (3 hours later) I receive a phone call asking me to come in on Friday (this was Wednesday), I stated yes. Friday came along and met with a hiring manager, general counsel, and 2 other employees in the position. (General counsel didn't even look at me, she kept looking behind me and seemed very distracted), hiring manager and I hit it off, other 2 employees gave me good insight in the position. The hiring manager was the only one I was there to see, the other 3 were last minute people throw ins. I left there confident, I receive a phone call asking me to come back to meet with one another gentleman. I went in and spoke with him (he asked some tough questions that I wasn't prepared for), the interview went decent. 3 weeks later I try to contact the recruiter via email and phone message. 2 months later and I still have not heard anything (yes or no). I'm assuming it is a no, I have heard that they take time to hire so who knows.
