I went to a group interview with this company and the experience did not feel fair. The managers only talked to certain people throughout the session, and others were not given the chance to talk or show off their personality well. It felt like favourites were already being chosen.

Quite relaxed, not too long, standard retail questions that you'd expect. Questions about experience and expectations. Interviewed by store manager who was friendly. Got offered the job later that day.
