After an initial 30+ minute video interview, Movemedical had me do an assignment for them. I had to write a sample document with vague directions and data to work with. They provided a timeline of 2.5 days to complete it, starting at the end of business day on Thursday and ending on Sunday. After researching the company, reading their dozens of articles, and watching their videos on their website to get a better grasp of how to shape the document, I realized I lost my entire weekend working on it instead of applying for other jobs or any other more productive task. They rejected me, which is an understandable outcome if I didn't meet their expectations for the work. However, the frustrating part is that they gave no explanation or feedback on how I could have improved or met their vague goal of a good document. I emailed them for information on this and they never replied. I put a lot more effort into this application than for other job applications, and for less feedback. Extremely disappointed.
