Communication was poor throughout the process. I had to reschedule my initial interview twice because the recruiter never called, and when we finally spoke, it sounded like she was driving. My second interview with the director was also a no-show. The role ended up going to an internal candidate, but the lack of communication and respect for my time left a negative impression.
