More than 2000 students from entire kerala were called to one college in Kerala. The recruitment schedule was for 2 days. First we had an aptitude test to filter out large chunk of candidates. There was no negative marking and some of the programming related question were difficult for non cs background candidates. After that we had group discussions. Everything went smooth as planned and on time. But after that there was delay for the interview process. Interview was different for different people. There was no standard approach. Its just depended upon the confidence level you made them believed about you. After that we had telephonic accent test through IVR for only those who cleared interview. After 1-2 week results were declared in the online portal.

F2F interview followed by a an automated telephonic round to test language skills. Face to face interview was very easy and basic tech questions were asked. It was a mass recruitment drive. There was over 70% conversion rate
