It began with an initial screening to assess my background and suitability for the role, followed by a formal interview with the hiring team member. During the interview, I was asked a mix of behavioural and technical questions related to the position. The interviewers were professional and friendly, creating a comfortable environment that allowed me to clearly express my skills and experiences. Overall, the process was well-organised and provided a clear understanding of the company’s expectations and values.

Long but insightful, the questions were relevant, and all interviewers gave good feedback. The process was more of a learning process than a vetting one, which is really good for interviewees.
