My experience may be different. The hiring process was quick. I had to attend a information session which seemed very weird at the time but they had 1 on 1 session right after. they made sure we knew what was expected of us, and wanted to get to know us a little more. a basic questionnaire and technical questions were given. it was very simple and not really a big deal if you knew something or not. they just wanted to see what you knew or didn't. they saw a weak area of mine and offered to help me strengthen it. They then selected me and i accepted.

It is a joke. they give you a pdf that is helpful. Go over basic OOP and Java/ .net/ sql questions. one phone call interview only. Lasted 15 min. strings, classes and interfaces, exceptions, sql. Dove right into the technical questions..didn't even care about my answer to 'tell me about yourself?'

it was easy and smooth, questions about my resume and some technical questions, I was first approached by company's secretary. she arranged a technical interview for me. I was contacted by one of their engineers, questions were mostly about my CS background and then some technical questions about what I was supposed to learn from their booklet
