The recruiting process with this company appears to be highly disorganized. Communication was inconsistent throughout the process, interviews were conducted by different individuals than originally scheduled, and after two strong interviews there was ultimately no follow-up or closure provided. One particularly frustrating aspect was the lack of attention to candidate communication preferences. I specifically indicated that email or text would be the best way to reach me to avoid missing important calls, yet the TA Manager called unexpectedly instead. Additionally, interview scheduling details did not clearly include time zone information, and multiple emails I sent to confirm logistics went unanswered. Fortunately, I was still able to attend the interview with the hiring manager. The interview itself went very well, which made the subsequent silence even more disappointing. The only follow-up communication I received from the hiring manager was sent very late at night, which also raised questions for me about the company’s work culture and expectations. After that, there was complete silence from all parties involved — no update, rejection, or professional follow-through. Overall, the experience reflected poorly on the company’s recruiting operations and candidate experience. I would not recommend based on my experience.
