Easy they asked us scenario based questions and regular job questions about our profile and hobbies. they got us to use the cash register too and we did some training.
This was ages ago for a Christmas Casual role, but all it was just a group interview. There was a brief presentation at the start, then everyone answered a question, some roleplay...after that, BOOM, accepted.
