The hiring process is very easy. You go to the website (Horrycounty.org), complete and application, and submit. Within a week, usually, if you are qualified Human Resources will forward your application to the hiring manager who will call you and set up an interview. The interview process is very simple, the manager will ask you a serious of questions that he/she will qualify by a number of 1-10 and after all interviews, will make a decision, submit the name to the Department Head who will then send to Human Resources. Human Resources will notify the Hiring Manager, who will set up the Drug Testing, and Orientation class. This process usually takes about two weeks.
