Initial Prescreen Phone Interview with Technical Recruiter that told me about the company, culture and work that was being done. Phone Interview with Sr. Architect who asked very specific technical questions and then gave me more detailed information on Java development projects that were going on. Took Java Test at local test center - paper, pencil - took me 30 minutes. Came in for Face-to-Face Interview at headquarters to meet everyone in person - combination of behavioral and technical interview. Director took me to lunch and explained where I would be in the group and about the growth opportunities available to me. Met with potential team mates, took a tour of the building, met with human resources. Left feeling overwhelmed but impressed that everyone made such a fuss.
