I had two rounds of interviews. The questions were mostly behavioral. Nothing too difficult, but I think they had no use for me in any department. It did take a while to hear back from them.

They did not seem so personal when it came to the interview. At times I felt as if I was just a number. I would recommend gaining the intervewees number and contact information. This will allow the person to remain in contact than being ghosted.
