I applied online, and was contacted by an internal recruiter the same day to set up a phone-screening that took place the following week. We went over my background and qualifications and by the end of the phone call I was automatically considered for an in-person interview. A 2-hour long interview was scheduled one week after the initial phone screening, followed by another 2-hour long second round that took place two weeks later. Following the second interview, I kept in touch with the internal recruiter. The team continued to meet with other candidates, and I was informed 4 weeks after the second round that the team proceeded with another candidate for the role.
