I had an initial application that I had to fill out and then was invited to complete the first interview which was a recorded and written interview. They invited me to interview within a week.

Questions were a bit confusing in that they were vague because it is for an overall position in the company and then want you to be very specific about what role you would want but the other questions were very straight forward.
