It was pretty organized that begun with a phone screen with the President of the company and an in person interview with the President and the hiring manager. However after the interview, I never got a response if I got the job or not which I think is very unprofessional.

First and 2nd interview were done remotely. First with the founder/president, 2nd with another Pm and a hiring rep. Afterwards there was very limited contact with my follow-ups regarding the position. A little bit unprofessional but I had to stop emailing for follow up after the 2nd week of nobody answering my emails.
